Nasotec Swing headshell is constantly correcting errors during the record playing. Now responding to the off-centered groove. Only Nasotec Swing headshell can do this.

As with most conventional tonearm & headshell combinations, the best we can hope for is to perfectly align the null points according to the alignment gauge we are using. So at these point our cartridge is tracking perfectly with the grooves but the rest of the record playing area is basically a compromise getting close as possible as we can. The Nasotec Swing Headshell correct this problem by gently moving with the grooves, creating perfect alignment.

Anodized Black VEM Record Clamp

Aesthetically the beautiful clamp , very pleasant to the touch, with its shiny black surface. Vaguely remembers a mushroom with a Hi-Tech line. It is not, in spite of the majority, a monoblock, but a composite metal object, the result of a very interesting engineering. The base / pivot module is opposed by an inverted cap, with a screw-locked cap, decoupled by a ceramic sphere located at the apex of the pin itself, so as to be able to rotate independently of the base resting on the disc.

Inside, a cavity formed by two compartments was created, separated by a steel diaphragm fixed with a copper bolt, designed to transfer resonances. Each of the compartments contains two types of damping material. If you shake the clamp you can hear the sound, as if there were a grit, much like a small maracas. The total weight is 430 g.

elimination like a vacuum cleaner. Vibration is also the frequency of strong energy. The best way is 

eliminating vibration.

Why we have to use Nasotec Cartridge Alignment Block?

The diamond tip must be set orthogonally to the vinyl for accurate performance. Most of the styluses have a right

angle when the upper lines of the angle are parallel to the surface of the vinyl. From this angle settings, we call

azimuth is the front line horizontality of the cartridge and vertical tracking angle (VTA) is the side line horizontality

of the cartridge. Our Nasotec Cartridge Alignment block is the best tool for easy adjustment.

The level of our Nasotec Cartridge Alignment Block is to check if your turntable is in balance for optimal

performance and to adjust it if it is needed. So you will have two tools in one.

* For CNC machining the protective film should be removed from the acrylic plate. Some tiny scratches can

be remained but not significant.
